DELIVERY
You can make all your payments with your credit card. We use iyzico virtual pos as payment infrastructure. Our site is SSL certified. Our credit card information is not shared or stored with atleather or any other person.
Eft/Transfer
If you want to pay with this option, your order will be prepared after you choose the payment method for the order, complete your transaction, and pay the account information in the e-mail sent to you.
Pay at the door
Unfortunately, this option is not available as we prepare the products to order.
Cargo
After the confirmation e-mail is sent to you for your order, it will be prepared and delivered to the cargo within 1-5 working days. Since the products are produced after the order, we do not have the option to pay at the door.
Shipping time is 1-3 business days after the product is shipped. All our domestic shipments are free of charge.
We provide service with mng cargo. If you want delivery to the branch, it is sufficient to write the most suitable Mng branch in the address section.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As Atleather, we stand behind every product we produce. All products are carefully produced one by one by hand, without the use of machinery. Due to the nature of handcrafting, each product is unique. It is checked many times, but if you are still not satisfied for any reason, you can return it to us within 14 days.

After your request is approved, it is sufficient to ship the product to the address information provided to you. If it is a defective product, shipping costs will be covered by us. Apart from this, the shipping costs of the product you send belong to you.
After we receive the product, it will be checked and the shipping and site commission rates are deducted, and your payment will be credited to your account information within 1-5 business days if you paid with a credit card, and within 5-15 business days if you paid with a debit card.
